  • I have friends who do that to me. Actrually, using MyFitnessPal helps in these situations...When a food pusher comes along I pull out my trusty iPhone, then say, "Oops... I dont have enough calories to eat this today, but thank you very much." Try that??? :)

  • First 5 chapters are boring and the main character is soooo whiney. The "steamy" parts are not realistic and I thought they were silly. Best chapter of all was the last chapter of book 3.
  • Hello, Do you use My Fitness Pal to record your calories? If so, try recording your calories for a week, STAY within the alloted amount for the day and DO NOT record the fitness. Just one week and see what happens.
