July 23: 5 miles 35 down, 15 to go!

Oops! I didn't realize the minimum was 50 for the month. So I'm including the miles already run for month before joining challenge. Thanks Maria, for kindly clearing that up! ;) Logged 3.2 miles on Friday 7/20. Total for month 30. Miles to go: 20

3.4 run last night 21.6 to go.

Coming in late, but I'd like to do 25 miles by the end of July! I have 11 days left to do it. It's doable! Anyone on here use Nike Running? I need Nike+ friends.

Thanks for the post, great motivator!

I'm new, too! To the community not to mfp. I've been using mfp on and off for a while, and it has helped me out greatly. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Hi Charlie! Welcome to the Community. I'm like you, I've been on MFP for a while, (or on and off), and just started to use the Community segment. Good luck on reaching your goals!

Eating 1200 calories can have the same malnourished effect as a 500 calorie diet if what is consumed is TRASH. I bet I could still lose…

Hi, I could definitely use a buddy! I started myfitnesspal a couple of years ago, but have been on and off, and I never really used the community section. Maybe adding friends will help me this time around. :) Please add me!
