this is a really good idea. sometimes i crave cookies and there is no way i can be satisfied at just two! lol I'd just turn them into a shake with added protein powder and still have that cookie taste & flavor to quench my cravings.. Thanks for sharing :))))

I have so many yoga videos too. I'm always challenged when I do yoga exercises so I just assume I am doing something for my muscles. I just hope it's enough for the next few months to maintain muscle.

Yess. I think after 30, it's definitely better to be at a BMI of 18 or above, it looks more natural. But for younger us, we can get away with with a lower BMI, especially if already too short, curvy & small framed like me for example.
