I am so thankful I dont weight in until Friday! Had my son's birthday this weekend and I ate horrible all weekend. On a good note, my son got a punching bag n glove sfor his b-day and I am gonna start using it every night (if he doesn't mind)!:smile:

Well today is Monday and this month is almost over and I have completely gotten off track. I stopped logging my food, which really killed me! I have had 540 calories today and drank almost 2 large bottles of smart water (23.8 fl oz.). Doesn't seem like many calories but I had a v8 for breakfast and a glass of warm tea before lunch. Then had a ginger garlic chicken lean cuisine with baked lays chips.
