Yeah just eating 12 to 1400 calories a day, I never eat my exercise calories, but maybe I should try it for a week and see if I can finally see the scale move! Thanks for the advice :)

What I do and you might try it youself is buy a good scale for home and weigh yourself in the morning....before breakfast. Whether you have the app on the phone shouldnt matter...plan your meals for the whole day all at one time, and you can do that online easily, without having to go online several times....honestly MFP is the way to go...you cant get any better then free!

I am proud that I did not give in and eat junk food after a bad day yesterday...it was tough but I finished under my calories and ate good for me food....also because my jeans are super baggy today...woo hoo progress!!!
