I've been in a slump for a few weeks now, i need motivating and maybe this is what i am looking for, so i am in, my Goal is 21lbs by the end of December!

I watch The Biggest Loser, the Australian one is on in the UK at the moment i find that very inspirational, i record a load in one go as quite often they put on about 10 in one go and then go through them at my leisure!

Yes i to log in everday which does help keep me on the straight and narrow, its that one week out of four i just blow out, i did that last week and now im facing the thought that had i not done it i would have lost more this week instead of going up again. its maddening.
