  • I try to weigh every two weeks because more than that drives me crazy ...the fluctuations!!!!! AGGHHH I measure maybe monthly....I forget about that a lot but it's important.

  • Thanks ... I am trying not to get too discouraged because I have made a lot of progress... especially in my relationship to food.   • I just had to log an indulgent night.... I hate it.... but I love that I am now being serious enough to be accountable for it. Kudos to you... It's not easy I know but logging honestly is a big step forward in itself.

  • My blood pressure was really good the last time I was checked out. I eat A LOT.... At least 1370 a day. EVERY DAY! I really will have to ask a doctor I guess because It's every time.. I start to feel like if I do anything else I will pass out but then I push through and BOOM ENERGY. I don't know what that's about.

  • other people....I never tell them but I compete with them. It helps me lol because I'm a jerk I guess.... Even in group classes... I pick someone and see if I can keep up with them... It makes it fun not work.... When I work out alone im like eff this...it hurts....
  • I do not think I would consider myself to be a "serious dieter" mostly because I refuse to make any changes that I cannot commit to for the rest of my life.   • I am 5'4 and yes MFP gave me 1310. I usually eat what I want every day and just make it fit within my goals but constantly on MFP I see cheat day this and cheat meal this and I realized I had no idea what anyone was talking about so I thought I'd ask.
