thanks for your reply. I was only vomiting for 48hours and not since. I was in hospital for the first week (hence being stuck in a bed) but have been home for a week, feeling fine. Just only worried about the weight loss thing I had my blood sugars monitored in hosp so not diabetes.

up the water intake. try taking certain foods out of your diet one at a time. May be an intolerance. For me alcohol or any wheat/rye etc makes me bloat for crazy. Other people it may be lactose, caffeine etc. Try eating paleo or vegetarian for a few days see if that helps. What also works for me is the 16/8 fasting/feed.

agree with all that is said above but ALSO focus on nutrients in the calories you are eating. I havent looked at your diary but lots of fruit and veg will make you feel better than if you were eating low nutrient foods that are the same calories. ^^ this also, not to generalise, but a lot of overweight people eat very quicky- i am not saying thin people dont do this also, but slowing down and giving your body time to acknowledge that it is satisfied (satisfied, not stuffed) would be beneficial

If you are focused on weight loss but also want to add in weights for toning and to maintain muscle whilst you loose then any sort of weights are fine. A sore throat after running in cold weather is normally caused by inhaling through your mouth. It wont hurt as much if you inhale through your nose however this is hard/ impossible when out of breath. There is nothing you can do about it really. warm drink when you get in?
