  • I agree with the calories Im set at 1200 but average 800, another site reputable said 900 for my size and age to loose weight! I too am having trouble with scale moving im 4"11 as well!

  • I started South Beach Diet yesterday and I did really good IMO :) But I love Fruit so thats going to be my biggest challenge ever I dont need the chips and stuff but I do rely on mostly protein carbs such as quinoa bc I dont eat much meat.   • I have had gallbladder disease for over 6/7 yrs and I have experienced the same pain I have learned to keep a lower fat diet that meant limit the fried foods, cut red meat and stick to lowfat chips I also stick to very low fat cheese. I only experience pain when I have pineapple so I dont eat that ever, I know weird but…

  • Try a low fat low cal way.. You can Grill it marinade in an low fat balsamic dressing and throw on the grill.. So simple so delicious Forman Grill works just as well.
  • I have alot! But my favorite is the 4 disc set that came with resistant bands and her 2lb weight belt. you get 1,,3,4 miles dvds and a quick one. also each of them come with food ideas recipes etc.
