I eat a lot of roasted zuchini, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, and garlic baked in a pan. You just cut up the veggies, spray your pan with Pam and then put the veggies in the pan and I add oregno, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder then stir them up with my hands.
