So you need to lose 10% of your weight which is a total of 23 pounds. Am I reading this right, you weigh 230 pounds - well 207 pounds after the 23 pounds and they are considering you for a bypass??? I believe you I am just surprised, then again I know nothing about the criteria for getting this surgery.

LOL, I was that person too, well maybe not the pregnant yak urine. It is still enticing when you see people who appear to drop weight taking some sort of supplement. I just keep telling myself it's all BS and move on.

I invested in a fit bit because I wasn't able to accurately estimate my calories burnt. Is it 100% accurate, likely not, but the calories burnt on the Fit bit are lower than what my fancy elliptical says I burnt. So here’s my actual numbers from today. I did some web searches and for my age, height and weight my body burns approx 2000 cal per day. Today - Cal from food 1770, exercise cal 962. Based on these numbers shouldn’t my deficit be approx 1190? MFP has it at 532???
