Thanks tcunbeliver, I do add salt to my eggs and avocado and when preparing meat. Didn't think to mention it :) And yes you are correct, I have knows people to lose very little weight but really change in appearance.

Don't let people get you down. I have been learning recently too and you are on the right path. I love it when people say where's the proof? it's everywhere and whoever thinks that good nutrition won't impact their health have drank the kool aid. Food is medicine. People need to wake up and figure it out.

I love roasted b sprouts, once you try them you will never have boiled ones again. there are all sorts of things you can put on them, but I throw some bacon bits on them (real ones). My kids can't stop eating them.

I use my eliptical every morning. I do 30 min and go approx 3 miles doing 5.4 MPH. Its a moderate rate. Based on that i would say yours is in km.

I hear ya. I just got my FT4 yesterday. Wore it this morning during my 30 min cardio - the same cardio i do every day. This website says i burned up 541 calories, my eliptical says 344 calories and my FT4 says 177. Needless to say i am very happy that i have my FT4, now i can keep track of calories in and out more…
