Turn on the workout app every time you workout and it will record everything.

I have been doing lunges and squats too... but definitely cannot afford a bigger butt as that IS my problem area..should I stop squats and lunges if I need to lose fat from my butt and thighs ?

I started it today and kinda modified it so I could keep up.. and my thighs are killing me right now. Hopefully will be better tomorrow.

I have definitely noticed a change in how my clothes fit... but just difficult to see the scale go up. I am going to stay away from it for next 2 weeks. :)
