Ive tried a million different brands (YurBuds, Sony, Skull something-or-other), and the only ones that FINALLY work for me are the Koss FitClips! They never fall out and the sound quality is great!

Yep, I would suggest more H2O, too. A few years ago, I began to notice that if I don't get enough water throughout the day, I get a headache. Once I figured out the cause, I almost never get them now! :) It could very well be that simple.

I've been losing hair, too. My fats are set at 25% (and I'm a peanut butter addict), so I make sure to get those in. I just went in on Tuesday for my regular yearly physical and mentioned this (along w/ longer lapses in TOM), and she suggested I get my thyroid checked. So we'll see what the results say!

I listen to music to keep my pace, and my mind usually goes blank. ;) Seriously, I don't think about anything. I'll mouth lyrics time to time, but it's nice to veg while doing something you love.

I used to hate it. But then I MADE myself do it, over and over and over. And after a while, I started to actually like it! I shocked myself. Sometimes it still takes a little while to get into it when I start, but after a couple of minutes (and FOR SURE when I'm done), I like the activity.

Your body will adjust. When he's eating more, you'll make more. But I did notice that having oatmeal in the mornings really helped to boost my milk. HTH! :)

When I use Crystal Light or the like, I buy the to-go packets that are intended for a 20oz bottle of water. But I only use HALF for my big water bottle and that's plenty strong enough - just enough to add some flavor w/o it being boring water! ;)

I'm also registered for a 5K this Saturday in Bemidji, MN....we've recently had freezing rain and snow, and the forecast says it will be 2 below with wind chill. Fun. :S Anyway....I was thinking about getting these: http://www.surefoot.net/products_ap.cfm

Slow down even more. You've probably seen it before, but it's said that you should be able to have short bursts of a conversation while running. If you can't do that, you're going at it too hard. Best of luck! :)

I went from a size 12 to a 2. SO MUCH has been affected: ring size (at the jeweler's right now, actually), underwear and bras, clothing (ALL those sizes!), winter coat, eyesight!, even my bowling ball finger holes. It's been quite an expensive, although worthwhile, ordeal!

Type in "breast feed" for your food to add to your caloric intake for the day. I nursed all 4 of my kids for at least a year. At 4 months old, baby is still getting all nutrition from YOU, so try not to obsess about your food; baby needs it. :)

57 miles for me. I slowly increased from 3 miles to 5.5 mile runs.

LOVE running friends! :) Feel free to add me, all. I'm up to about 20mi a week now and loving every minute of it! The next race I have coming up is quite a while away...our Frozen Feat in Feb.! Should be interesting! :) After that its a 1/2 marathon. Yay!
