I brush my teeth and floss and I go to sleep. My hubby is a night snacked so I try to stay out of bed until he is done.

I love my fat bottom, as hubby says more cushion for pushin!

I eat in moderation if I know I am having a high calorie dinner I eat small meals in the day. I really don't drink pop but I really gaeve up eating in bed.

i make green smoothies i add 2 cups of spinich to it and all you taste is fruit you can add anything you want

OK I never wanted to post this but here it is I am 5 ft 7 in and i statred at 322 almost 2 weeks ago the website eat 2800 cal a day! HA i can't! I am down to307 and it says 2,300 cals a day! I am close but not always. I am determined to get to under 300 my April 1st! ANY ONE WHO WANTS TO ADD ME AS A FRIEND AND MOTIVATE ME…

I too have to weigh myself everyday! It keps me motivated. I have tried not doing it for a week i just slack on my die, and exersice but this time I am seein reesults and I am so happy. I usualy get up early so sometimes i eat a piece of string cheese or cereal them walk on treadmill. But I need more ideas for breakfast too.

I agree I eat what I eat and just log it if I am over oh well, I just started portion control and exercise and it's working for me!

I have the same issue and I am just starting! It is hard so when I have to I eat light since its so high in calories. (ok today was a bad day) then try to make them all see me walking on the teadmill. (we keep it in the living room)

I am glas you are motivated to loose weight because in High school it can be so hard. I also agree that making sure you eat is important and under a drs. care is very important at your age.
