Yup, same towel everyday as I only do my laundry once a week......0
-
youre CLEAN when you use them haha!
I prob use 2/3 per week...
This! :bigsmile:0 -
We reuse our towels to conserve wash water and energy. We use the same towel for about a week then wash (hang up to dry so they don't get moldy).0

I only use mine once. but i wait to build up a load before washing them,0

Ewe, no...But, my husband, yes...oh, and I use one towel for the body, one towel for my hair, and one small towel for my face, and of course a washcloth...I got a bunch of towels as shower gifts, six years ago.....My peeps knew I was a water baby!0

I wash the towels once a week but we use new ones after every shower or bath. I am so over the top that I buy only white ones and bleach them. I like things to match0

I use mine until they smell yukky too. Unsure how long that takes - maybe a week. I hang them between showers and they dry thoroughly.
If we have guests they are washed as soon as the guests leaves, even if that's a single use - because, you know, cooties. lol.
I love to wash towels - but it's a waste of detergent and electricity - not to mention wear and tear on the fabric to wash too often.0 -
I wash my bath towels after 2 uses.0

I prefer to wash them after every use but my SO hangs them up and lets them dry and uses them several times. Me and my co-workers have discussed this before and some of them recylce them. Use them to dry their body one day and then use them to step out on the next and then wash. I don't know. It just bugs me and I want to wash them every time I use one.0

Once a week when I do my laundry. I'd rather them hung up to dry between use than used once and stinking out my washing basket. :sick:0

I use my one for days put it in the wash when it needs it. Figure I'm pretty clean when I get out of the shower so that can be a week.
Of course I do the washing so thats my method.
Hubby doesn't do washing so he just leaves them on the floor and uses new ones everyday.

One towel a week, use the same corner for your butt.0

LOL ...0

I wash them weekly. the same day as the bed sheets.0
-
I change the towels a couple of times a week and the bed sheets too
It just feels nice using a fresh smelling totally dry towel and getting into clean sheets0 -
I have to have a fresh one every day.0
-
Back when I lived with my parents it was a fresh one every time.
As soon as I moved out I realised that was ridiculous and it now lasts me at least a week.
If wet towels breed bacteria, how do you wash and dry them in the first place?0 -
I use my towel 2-3 times, max. Towels get washed in warm water with bleach. My kids use a new towel each time. I thnk I am going to teach them how to wash towels soon.0
-
2-3 uses before washing.0

I use my same shower towel for 2 weeks. Washing it eveyday seems OCD to me.
I go a week and I AM OCD. But I also don't like to do laundry every five seconds.0 -
I use the same towel for about a week.0
-
In our house there are 7 of of and i was towels after 1 use!0
-
I do the same thing!! And to be honest I think it's weird that other people think it's weird that we do that. :laugh:0
-
Not sure how often I change mine. If you're clean after the shower then the towel can't be that dirty!0
-
i use a new one every time i shower0
-
When you have to smell them to see if they are clean or dirty it's automatic----> Washer!!!!!
It's like clothes that are on the floor that your not sure if clean or dirty...!!!!!0 -
There would be no such thing as a towel rack if you used it and then washed it. How about hand towels, dry your hands and then wash them? IDK, but i used mine 2-3 times then wash them. If you want to wash each time, to each his own0
-
this topic made me laugh out loud!!! i use mine 3 or 4 times only because i'd be doing towels everyday if we (my family of 4) each used a new towel every time. with the summer and swimming, now we have double towels (and yes, we use our swim towels 3 or 4 times each too):ohwell:0

I have a towel warmer in the bathroom (which I absolutely love!), I use one towel a week.0
-
Damp towels breed bacteria. I don't think you're weird :flowerforyou: I'm a two-use-max person myself.
Yes, damp towels do breed bacteria; however, this why they should be hung up after use to allow them to dry.0
