There isn't such a thing as "too fat for shorts". The problem comes when a size 14 tries to squeeze into a size 4. Dress your size and wear what you are comfortable in!

Well, this escalated quickly. If you're counting how much water you drink-- ie. using MFP to make sure you're getting 8 glasses of water then no. If its a suspension (tea, coffee) or chemically altered (sodas, flavored waters) it will hydrate you which is dandy but nothing beats a big glass of H2O after a good workout…

I think a sculpted woman can be very sexy if she does it naturally. I've seen a few women go for hormone therapy (because they couldn't get any more muscle) and they looked a little scary. But if you can naturally build a lot of muscle I think it can be rocked by a woman :)

Pretty sure it is the truth. I can't quote the science behind it, but when I cut out unhealthy carbs and fats... cookies, chips, all the delicious goodies that make us fat... I don't crave them anymore.

As a scientist I can vouch for his claim here. However, I'm wondering where you can get the same nutrition elsewhere? I think you mentioned earlier that it can be found in other sources. So I'm curious as to what sources you use instead of whole grains.
