I am 5 ft 4in and I weigh 136 too lol. I think it depends on the person, bone structure, etc. Also, what really matters is if the person is comfortable in their own skin. I like to first blend a handful of spinach (or other dark leafy greens) with enough almond milk for it to blend. Then I'll add a ripe frozen bannana and some frozen berries. It's so rich and creamy! :)

Increase your strength training like squats, pushups, situps, planks, weights,etc. Strength training will help you gain definition without losing your curves. Hope this helps :)
