Walk and jog for exercise. Broke my big toe back in February and wasn't cleared for exercise with impact until last week. Feels great to get out there again!

Stand for more than 1 minute without pain.
Walk for 5 minutes without significant pain.
Wear my pants with more comfort.
  • Make a real muscle. They might be Minnie Mouse muscles, but I earned them. :) And this week I increased my dumbbell weights to 15 lbs and I started bench pressing with the empty barbell.

High planks and low planks without giving up after 20 seconds. Can do a minute and feel fine so I'm sure I can go longer.

I can do real jumping jacks, and a lot of them as well. I use to not be able to do them because of knee and ankle weakness.

A roll up in Pilates, where in the middle of it you are balanced on the shoulder-part of your upper back, with entire rest of the body from chest to feet raised straight up over your head. :D

Went shopping this past weekend and was able to fit in a dress that was about a 4/6 when I used to wear a 14/16. That was pretty cool!

OK, it's time again! What is that you can do now that you couldn't 30 days ago? Yesterday, I ran 2 miles with only about a 3 minute walk in between the miles. Can't break my 12 minute mile, but that's next on my agenda. Looking forward to doing the 2 miles consecutively, too. I've also noticed that my balance has improved a lot.
