You're gonna have to prove you're actually serious before I let you anywhere near my friends list. I have a pretty wildfire amazing friends list, I don't want anyone on it that isn't in it for the long haul, that wont carry her own weight or will be the weakest link when it comes to effort.0

What do you mean "for real"?
I don't usually log my food, I workout six times a week, and use the forums and FL as both motivation and for entertainment.
I guess I mean... people who really plan on being active on here and staying motivated to better themselves..... vs. the people that join, post once, and then order an XL pizza with extra cheese that night!
I soooo agree with you. I've been logging and learning since the summer but just recently started to add friends. I'm serious about my process and hate to see those messages on my home page that say that people are not logging or post about how they ate KFC, McD's, and pizza the same day. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against that kind of food once in a while, but if someone is going to do it "man up" and get back on track. Oh well, add me if you want. You won't hear me crying over my choices.0 -

I've been here since June, and have lost 17 pounds here, but nearly 50 since January. I have Type 2 Diabetes myself and understand I am definitely in it for the rest of my life. I intend to stay real! I'd love to friend up with you!0

Meee!!! I am for real here too! I also joined a while ago, but now I'm going to log everything again. I weigh 136lbs and am 5 '4". I want to lose 10 pounds of body fat and tone up because I am an athletic artistic roller skater. We can motivate eachother to work out!! Lets DO THIS!0
