Don't get discouraged. Eliminate your salt intake as much as possible, drink lots of water and stay on track. Your scale will start moving in the right direction!

Congratulations! Have you had any great "Wow" moments? For me, it was being able to sit comfortably on an airplane seat...with room to spare!

Wow, this could be my story. I had a hysterectomy the last week in March 2010 and have also put on exactly 12 pounds.
