I'm 4'11" and would love to lose 40. Today my weight is 154.

If you feel like you have to try a shake, I do like the ones made by USANA. In general though, I feel more hungry using things like that versus just eating right. Eating right is a huge struggle for me.

I'm 4'11" too! I started doing really well at the beginning of the year but became a backslider for various reasons! I'm ready to do this again because as others have said, even a small weight gain on us shorties looks like a lot. When I started MFP at the beginning of this year, I was at 168. I got down to the 145 mark…

You look amazing and are beautiful!!!!
-
What does it consist of? Are you allowed anything extra to eat besides shakes?
-
Absolutely amazing!!!
-
Awesome! You should be very proud!
-
Great job! Keep it up!
-
You look fantastic!!!

Maybe you are working out too hard! I would maybe just do every other day! I'm sure that would also help your knee too.
-
HOnestly, I am figuring out how to eat first if that makes sense! I may get a little exercise in here and there! I know how I should work out, but all the working out in the world won't do me any good if I don't curb the eating habits. I still have a little ways to go with that! Some days are better than others.

Thanks! I can't figure out posting! I think I do see a difference though!

Awesome!!

I would confront her! What do you have to lose? Who cares if she knows you were looking at that particular social network? You have every right to look at it. I hope she is just a trouble maker and doesn't know squat about your other friends.

It is possible you could have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). When I was trying to get pregnant, I was like that. The doc had me take Metformin and go on a diet. I lost 10lbs and my period returned to fairly normal cycles. I'm overweight now, and my cycle is wacky some months. At this point in life, I could care less…

Great job! I hit that goal myself, now if only I can hit the 20lb mark. I have 4 more pound to go before I get there though.

I'm 4'11". I decided I really needed to get back in here in January, so I haven't really had a lot of success yet because I still have 45+ lbs to go. Feel free to add me!!!

Way to go!!! That is awesome!

I think you can still lose weight by taking your coffee with a tiny bit of skim milk and 2-3 teaspoons of regular sugar. That is the way I take it. I don't personally like artificial sweeteners. Aspartame has in studies caused cancer in laboratory rats. You just don't want to go crazy having several cups of coffee like…

I would like to know the same thing!!!!

Maybe you are just building muscle. Take measurements. I'm sure you are losing inches if nothing else. You might try to eat more calories since you have dropped. I'm finding that I have more success when I stay right at my allotted calories or just a few above.

I have PCOS too, and it is a struggle losing weight. I'm slowly losing though and that is all that matters. As far as ttc, I know your frustration. It took us 2.5 years, but once I conceived I was fertile! We have three children so there is hope. I took Metformin to help regulate my cycles. Then my doc put me on something…

I had three kids within four years and my tummy is stretched and gross!!!! I don't care if I ever get a six pack again. I just want a flat stomach. Is that too much to ask for????? :)

I just joined today! I am looking forward to it!
