Sooo happy! When I graduated from college in December...I weighed 160.5 lbs. Next month I'm going back to recieve my Departmental Honors at the Honors Convocation and I will be weighing in the 130's!!!

I think I'll start preparing for the couch to 5 k when the temp outside is around the 50s. It's supposed to take about 6 weeks. Then we can sit down and sign up for a 5k that works for all of us. That's awesome that he will do it with us!! I bet he is already able to run 3.1 miles w/o preparing for it.0
