5'2" and started at 222.2 (a number my scale should never display). Don't have a goal weight but I will know when I get there. Honestly I would be happy with 140 because I am lifting heavy.

I have noticed some increase in symptom severity as well, such as cramping and mood swings. I enjoy Nostimo vanilla. It's sweet enough to mask some of the sour flavor, but not so sweet that it tastes sugary. It's good with a little nut butter mixed in and if you add granola, it's even sweeter.

I'm a journalist with unpredictable schedule and often work through lunch, which means a lot of salads. I try to make enough dinner for leftovers for the next day's lunch, but I don't always have time to make dinner because I'm working. Never knowing my schedule from day to day has been my biggest challenge.

In your settings, you can choose what you want to track. For myself, I pay attention to sodium because that's one of my biggest challenges. Excess sodium, for example, leads to water retention, which can play tricks with the scale.

Apparently office food is a more wide-spread epidemic than I realized. I'm glad to know mine isn't the only office with CONSTANT food. Cookies, chips, cake, donuts, soda....it never ends! We work in a small office and make a big deal of birthdays, so I've already decided that my one allowance will be one piece of birthday…

I don't put a lot of emphasis on that number because every day is going to be different, but I do pay attention to it because it motivates me to keep tracking and keep doing what I should.
