Mom's on here are so inspirational.

The endless gourmet slices that are insanely expensive because they are from other countries. I have nibbled on so many but couldn't justify spending that type of money on them.

Dipping French fries in a shake...... Not anymore but it was a good combination when I indulged. I won't take the last item on the grocery shelf or the first. I'll grab the second or third item behind the first. I prefer setting my alarm to an odd number (5:57).... Just works for me.

No me I don't want to workout next to anyone. I'm not referring to classes but rather on gym equipment. I tend to mimic the speed of the person next to me so I prefer if possible to go at it by myself.

My motivation is to look good naked. I want feel and look equally sexy in and out of my clothes. Forty for me is a couple years away and I intend to be in the best shape of my life. Congrats on the 26lbs and keep going you'll make that goal with such a positive attitude.
