Thanks! I've had it about 5 times in the last 10 years- not recently though. My other half reckons i'm working too hard or not drinking enough (or both) I'm pretty sure it's muscular and weight related (one of the main reasons I am on a mission to lose it) I will check out those stretches you mentioned :)

There was no way I could I have gone last night, I was in so much pain I couldn't even wipe my own *kitten*! I'm 4 months post-partum so my core sucks big time - I try and focus on it everyday, but I guess I had better put that on hold for a few days then.

Was going to say avocado- but it does have some saturated fat in it.. I know you mentioned nuts....... Strength training is great! Really rewarding. Have a look at your gym for the weight machines that target your back muscles (or ask someone there) Pick a weight that is challenging but do-able. 10 reps x 3 every other day. Guarantee within 2 weeks you will up the weight and feel stronger. May take two months before it…

Seems coincidental to me, but perhaps that's exactly what it is.... I always find that when I switch to just water it goes right through me so it could possibly be dehydration I guess.... Maybe I need to eat bread or something to keep it in me longer...

I've unintentionally given up diet fizzy drinks recently (because It's expensive and I forget to buy them) And the last two days I've had a lingering headache. I read up on line about something to do with it being caffeine withdrawal, but I drink a gallon of coffee! I wonder what it is in it that causes this........

I think the concensus is whatever suits you as long as you do get rest days then. I seem to be on the right track. I started the gym on Saturday and I cannot believe how much energy I have today. I'm even typing super fast! On with the cleaning :D

with weights I tend to do everything. work my way up the body. I swapped brisk walking for swimming today. :)

I like the multi-vits because I get the D complex and A so would definately prefer to keep taking them if possible. I'm a chocolate addict too and I would highly recommend the options hot chocolate. They vary from 38-60kcals per sachet and they are just awesome at nipping a craving in the bud. They don't ALWAYS work, but it helps :) xxx

I'm pretty sure that showering that much is bad for your skin! Saying that, when I was in Italy I was in the shower many times a day to cool down! xxx I'm not afraid to say that I shower every other day unless I've been active and swearing.
