its possible.. it was for me .. i think my biggest was about 192 and i was in a large in things.. but we all carry weight differently.. and not every shirt fits the same but its def possible :)

i think we all need an accountability partner.. so i agree wiht everyone above.. especially the part about maybe laying low for a bit till you can gain better control on your eating habits

try throwing on some music and dancing around with them. I have yet to see a niece or nephew of mine that doesnt start to bounce around when they hear something. 15 or 20 minutes of dancing is a great start to workout and could lead to your baby wanting to go to bed early so maybe you can get in a few of your own…

thanks everyone! i will try out the almond milk since it seems to be the majority, and the kale too. the taste doesnt bother me much, its more so that im getting hungry sooner rather than later, but i will try anything to keep the shakes going lol

i didnt like weight watchers, quiet honestly counting points without seeing what im eating does me no good. i spent 5 months on it and gained 7lbs and i was within points and working out.
