  • its possible.. it was for me .. i think my biggest was about 192 and i was in a large in things.. but we all carry weight differently.. and not every shirt fits the same but its def possible :)

  • i think we all need an accountability partner.. so i agree wiht everyone above.. especially the part about maybe laying low for a bit till you can gain better control on your eating habits
  • try throwing on some music and dancing around with them. I have yet to see a niece or nephew of mine that doesnt start to bounce around when they hear something. 15 or 20 minutes of dancing is a great start to workout and could lead to your baby wanting to go to bed early so maybe you can get in a few of your own…
