Hello,

Can someone please recommend a good protein powder? I have never use one before but would like to start, there are just so many to choose from I really don't know what I should be looking for.

    hi,
    im a fan of designer whey, both chocolate and vanilla are taste pretty good.
    pretty decent protein and low on the carbs, which was my big mistake with a powder i had gotten from gnc, which was vise versa.
    whatever you choose just pay close attention to the protein servings and carb servings

    I really like the Kazein whey isolate powder. Comes in three flavours: strawberry banana, chocolate, vanilla ice cream. All are awesomely yummy and dissolve really easily. :-)
