I have the same issue with my stationary bike! I can be on it for an hour and it'll say I burnt 200 calories, and then i'd type it into the MFP calculator and it says something like 400! when I log I use the stationary bike's number, because it's lower.

I had a B12 shot when I was about 21, it wasn't for dieting, but I understand how it made someone lose weight, I didn't sleep for about 2 days and my energy was so high I didn't know what to do with myself... I ended up deep cleaning most of the house.

I just tried this recipe... it's pretty gross on it's own... it looks good, but it's not... it's really, really not.... i'm going to try to not be wasteful and maybe break it up into my almond milk strawberry shake later.... maybe that'll make not so bitter.
