You are so brave for sharing your story (which is sad to say that you HAD to be brave to share, you should just be able to share :) )! You've made such a beautiful transition and you are going to be so much happier in your skin when you are complete the way you feel is right! Congratulations!!!

Yes! Much better!

Thank you! I'm starting Beta phase on Monday! Can't wait

I hope you all see this, because I desperately wanted help as well and I want to help as many people as possible. I corrected it with Shaun T's T25 and a workout video my friend put together especially for Diastasis Recti. Here's the link:…

Nope. The star was already unclicked.

Awesome bod! Just wish I could unsubscribe from this thread! I hate that it gives me hundreds of notifications everyday and I want it to stop.

I'm looking for success stories too. I start my last week of alpha tomorrow and need the courage to start Beta. But this is my results so far. I started December 8th but started being more conscious in November.

YES on the runner's high! After you get a little further distance, you will usually have a bit of a hard time breathing but then you will break into your pace and find your groove and kick *kitten*. Thats the beginning of runner's high and then knowing how far you went, how quickly, FEELS AMAZING! Great job on a mile!

I also want to go hiking a lot! there are amazing hikes where I live (Montana) and I've been in this location 5.5 years and only went hiking twice last year. I will be hiking ALOT next spring/summer

I don't like to call it Resolutions because that's like a promise that I don't know if I can keep and I don't make those. I make goals. My goals for 2015 are as follows (hopefully) in this order: -Fit into my size 9's -Finish T25 -Run two 5K's -Train for a Triathlon that's in September.

@mochashocker, I sure did! And it was worth every single modification in my life to get to where I'm at!
-
Thank you, EVERYONE! And @brynnsmom, please don't get discouraged. It's almost the new year! You can DO THIS! Make big plans and small milestone goals for 2015! Get it mama!

My goal weight is 125, but if I can end at a muscular, toned 130-135, I am happy with that.

Great job! I squatted my 5 year old, my 3 year old and 6 month old at the same time no problem. So awesome

Because I've seen it happen! With several people. They up their calories after a plateau. BAM! A week later, they're down a few pounds. Not every body works the same. And @SnuggleSmacks, your little article doesn't say starvation mode doesn't exist, but that it's not exactly what everyone THINKS it is, and gave it a big…

^^ This. BUT! Don't make your deficit too aggressive or you won't lose. Your body will hang onto it

Any unnatural weightless can and does have negative consequences. You're better off doing the hard work so you have LASTING results.

It is SO TRUE! I have been in an abusive relationship and I realized I went through the same cycle. Yo-yoing up and down. Taking care of myself and then not caring anymore. Not caring was my abuse on myself.

Awesome change! Side note: you remind me of Garcia from Criminal Minds with your FAB glasses! Love it! :D
