I can't believe I got smaller with all I ate on Christmas!
I'm doing T25, and am on Week3 Day6 of Alpha round. This is a non-scale victory for me, because the scale has not gone down whatsoever! But I'm happy with my shrinking!

Well done, that is great progress. I can's say that I shrunk but at least I held my weight, and am getting back on track now.0
