I Shrunk Over Christmas!
I can't believe I got smaller with all I ate on Christmas! I'm doing T25, and am on Week3 Day6 of Alpha round. This is a non-scale victory for me, because the scale has not gone down whatsoever! But I'm happy with my shrinking! :smiley:

My Diastasis Recti is Corrected!
In only 5 weeks, it's been corrected! The abdominal separation was 2.5 fingers wide and it is now almost completely closed and corrected! I am so happy! Substitute for Tempeh?
I'm doing Focus T25 and I'm trying to follow the T25 food guide as much as possible, but I just do NOT like Tempeh. What can I substitute for it?

Although I've gained, my belly seems to have shrunken by upping my water, starting T25(on week 1 day 3) and eating just a bit over my calorie allowance.

Exercise to Help Pelvic Prolapse?
I had my 4th baby 3.5 months ago and I have pelvic organ prolapse from my pelvic floor completely give out on me during pregnancy. My prolapse seems to be getting worse, to where my bladder peaks out of…. down there. Are there any exercises that will help with my pelvic floor? Or might I need surgery?

Quitting Cigarettes Hopefully Forever!!!
I haven't had a smoke since 5:30pm yesterday and the only way I've been able to get through so far is every time I get a craving, I do 15 squats and drink 16 oz of water. Drinking so much water will also keep me properly hydrated AND keep me from replacing smoking with eating. And the constant squats are making my legs…

Help With Squats!!!
I'm wanting to do Insanity Workout but I did a couple practice squats and I felt my left knee start to burn and strain. :( I'm 99% sure that I had correct form, doing the squat. Anything I can do besides the squats so I don't injure myself?

Running Success!!!
I ran 3 miles last night! I just started running again 5 days ago, after smoking for a year and not doing much physical activity until last week. ^_^ It took 40 minutes, but I'm going to be shaving down the time. I'm signing up for my local ColorMeRad 5K race tomorrow, which is 7 weeks away. I'm so excited!

How To Get Past The Drunk Funk?
I went out last night, with my hubby and we had a very good time. Maybe a little TOO good because I woke up in a fog and a headache. Now I'm all sluggish. How do I get past the drunk funk? I wanna run and do some weights tonight but if I keep feeling like this, I totally can't.

Breastfeeding- Need Help With Calories!!!!
My son is 3 months old and I exclusively breastfeed. I want to lose 40 lbs. I will NOT be weaning for at least another year and won't risk losing my milk. I need a plan to eat better WHILE breastfeeding that will be good for breastfeeding, without giving me a huge deficit in calories.

Just Came Back After Deleting Account- need support!
I was very discouraged and in despare about my weight and fitness goals that I gave up and deleted my account. I'm 3 months postpartum and gained 15 lbs since giving birth. Having 2 kids and an infant is no easy task and I find it hard to be motivated to do what I need to eat healthy and exercise. Please please help!
