My Diastasis Recti is Corrected!

In only 5 weeks, it's been corrected! The abdominal separation was 2.5 fingers wide and it is now almost completely closed and corrected! I am so happy! I thought it would take a lot longer and possibly need wraps to close my DR, but no. FIVE WEEKS of hard work and dedication did the trick!

Also another victory is: I don't pee anymore when I workout. haha I used to not be able to do a jumping jack without wearing a pad and now my pelvic floor has some strength where I can stop it if I feel it coming on. I'm so happy!
