I'm thru the menopause now, but yes, PMS did seem to get worse as I got older. My husband has an awful joke: what's the difference between a woman with PMS and a terrorist? Answer: You can negotiate with a terrorist. I know this isn't helpful, but at least you know you're not alone.

Yes, definitely the same day. I have tried it the other way and you get up in the morning with a deficit which is hard to deal with the rest of the day.

So true! And since i've been exercising a lot I find that I can sleep up to 9 hours if I don't have to get up! My husband has been biking hard for two years and he has gone from 5 or 6 hrs a night to 7 or eight (but he still snores!)

I think sizing is very individual according to the manufacturer. I have a pair of jeans just like your trousers. I'm no expert but I think you can. You need at least 20 minutes for cardiovascular fitness, but an hou:happy: :happy: r for weight loss. An alternative would be to gradually increase to an hour in 5 minute increments over time. That's what I did.

I like to bike, but not a junkie. However, I'm married to one. Did you know you can get snow tires for bikes so you can keep on all winter long. My husband does. Whether he's sane or not is another question. :laugh:

No, one overindulgence is not going to wreck your diet. We had the first bbq of the season yesterday, and the one meal was more than the calorie allowance for the whole day! Do I feel bad? No, because today it's back to the straight and narrow. it's important to enjoy yourself with friends.

Don't give up! Don't give up! I went two weeks without losing anything(actually the scale went up a bit some days), but then I started losing again. It seems like ages while it's happening. You might be retaining water which would account for the apparent gain. Hang in there.You will lose wt.
