I have been going to the gym and doing 20 minutes on the elliptical, treadmill and bike. I am so drained by the end that I don't even feel very good. when I was doing only 30 minutes total I was feeling great after my work out, but I wasn't losing any weight. I am wondering if I could do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning, and then 30 minutes in the afternoon. I am wondering if this would help me feel better.

I'm no expert but I think you can. You need at least 20 minutes for cardiovascular fitness, but an hou:happy:  r for weight loss. An alternative would be to gradually increase to an hour in 5 minute increments over time. That's what I did.0

I run for 25 min per day at 7mph. I've lost almost 60 lbs in 6 months. Why are you so intent on getting in an hour?0

yes you can, for cardio, if you had to do 20, 3 minute workouts it would be equivalent to 1 hour, studies show that working out more often for less duration has the same effect as working out less for longer duration, and in some cases is even better.0
