This BFBM sounds crazy. I have the 30DS and have made it to Day 7, Level 1. I stopped because I got frustrated as I didn't feel like I was getting anywhere. I'm going to try 30DS again and get myself good enough on Level 1 to try Level 2, mainly out of curiosity!

If you're still working out it could be muscle weight added on, it weighs more than fat. Instead take measurements, you are probably making progress and the scale isn't accurate in telling you you've lost weight sometimes! Good luck.

I drink everyday, sometimes a couple of drinks, sometimes more, but I have steadily lost weight, I just add it to my calories. I've been working out to account for some of the calories but other than that I've lost 11 pounds and haven't changed my drinking habits too much!

I was trying to decide between the Flex and the Force. I don't think I need to count floors though, I never walk up stairs or anything. And the flex seems more simple for my needs. But I like the Force because the time is displayed!

On the nights when I want a snack I just do a 90 calorie snack bar kind of like the Special K ones, but I get them from Aldi's. But normally I just suck it up and drink lots of water, or some flavored water to satisfy my taste buds. But late night hunger is the worst!
