my o.g. start weight was 252lbs got down to 174lbs.....5 months ago back up to 198 lbs goal weight has always been 150lbs

i am also a competitive person and i too need a kick in the .......bleep.... i have been on my weight loss journey for 2 yrs and i lost a total of 75lbs. over the last 5 months i gained back 19lbs and i am panicking. i still do all my workouts and i am VERY active. i cannot control my diet!
