I feel the same way. I’m on week 4. I feel like it’s giving me a really solid foundation to start, but have been underwhelmed by the goal specialist. My does participate, but its not like I expected it to be. I was expecting more of a support community rather than just mostly responses to tasks and questions.

I have a couple 5k races coming up and hoping for my first half in january. (the half actually is what i'm the most worried about :) )

It's definitely in my lungs. But what you said makes sense. It's been in the 30s and 40s here so it could absolutely be the cold.

Hi! I started out with 40 to lose, down to 35 now. lol. I still have a long way to go, but it will be worth it in the end :) Good luck!

This is exactly what I did. I lost forty lbs and then let myself gain all but 15 of those pounds back. Now working to get back to the healthy me again!

It is so hard to keep weight under control in college. Right now between work and school I have a hard time finding the time to workout like I should.

I try and weight myself once a day, usually in the mornings right after I wake up. I don't necessarily always record my weight on here every day though. While I like to see the little changes when I weight daily, I like to see the big dramatic changes when I weight in here.
