Been training for years at gyms. Used to compete in amateur bodybuilding competitions. I swear by P90X (you can workout at home with this)....if that's too intensive, go to the Beachbody website as they have many different workouts for you! Good luck with whatever you choose. :happy:

I started P90X2 in January. LOVE IT. It's the most challenging workout I've ever done! I've dropped 10 lbs since Feb 22 and am on a roll in Phase 3. Tony Horton is the best 'trainer' I've ever had!

P90X or P90X2....freaking awesome!!! I used to be an amateur bodybuilder (and competed) and these videos by far out do what I used to do when I trained for competitions. I think any of the Beachbody videos are great, though!

Hang tough. it happens. Maybe you need to change your workout. Are you doing the same workout day in/day out? You do need to have muscle/workout confusion. What about your food? Are you trying different things? Hang in there...it will change!

Yes, it does make a difference. Been eating clean for about a year. Tosca Reno has a great book about it if you need some guidance. It DOES make a difference...but it can be pricey! Good luck.
