  • I really like the fruit on the bottom Chobani non-fat Greek yogurts. I don't like the vanilla ones, but the fruit on the bottom ones are great! Stir them well.   • Great Job! I can tell you're making progress. The hard thing about the scale is that it only tells you how heavy you are. So, while you're probably adding lean muscles mass and dropping body fat the scale can't really tell. The pictures & measurements show it! Keep up the good work!
  • That's about what I take in, under a meal plan and exercise plan from my trainer at FitOrbit. I've been at it for about a month, feeling great and I'm down about 10 pounds. I've been cheating a bit lately with some beer/wine which is probably slowing my progress, but I'm feeling good.
