I have it and am enjoying the added features and not having to see all the ads.

I have a bad case of Fridayitis today. So, going back and forth between here and Facebook.

Meeeee! I need lots of motivation.

I am in the same boat! Add me to please.

Not a new mommy, hell, I'm an old one. My "babies" are 22 and 24. But I do need some motivation and duck tape!

I used to have a Fitbit flex but just switched to a Withings Pulse and scale and absolutely love them.

Thank you. I definitely am feeling better. Before, I had no energy. I would come home, flop on the couch in exhaustion and sleep. Now, I am full of energy and always ready to go and do and enjoy life. It sure feels better fueling my body.

Thanks for the advice, everyone. I am four years out from my sleeve surgery, and also a consultant for others who have weight loss surgery. I am not going to stretch my stomach, that is virtually impossible, as they remove the stretchy part. Since increasing the amount of food I am eating, I am actually feeling better,…

Question, this is what I prefer to do. Eat three meals and healthy snacks in between, which also has me eating every 2-4 hours. So, do you mark that as 3 meals per day, or six? I marked it as six, but am now thinking that was incorrect.

Okay, thanks for clearing that up for me. I don't really feel like I need to do that, I could be wrong, guess I will find it. I am just really motivated and excited to see if this works for me. My fiance is thrilled I am finally "listening" to him.

I have had mine since February, and I think you are going to love it. You will be surprised at how often you find yourself checking it to see where you are at, find yourself marching in place to gain extra steps, etc. It is a great little motivator and well worth the money in my opinion, especially with the integration it…

I love both, and use both for very different purposes. I don't talk a lot about my weight loss issues on Facebook, as a lot of my friends just don't understand what I am or have been through. On here, well, you guys are wonderful and I couldn't do this without you.

Welcome back! For me, when I get off track and need to refocus again, I have to concentrate on one goal at a time, usually one per week. That way I don't feel overwhelmed, it always works for me. Good luck!

I find have to conquer one thing at a time. I lost over 100 pounds, then had severe back problems and had an injection, which resulted in my gaining weight even those I was eating well. So, I decided if I was going to gain anyways, I would just eat whatever I wanted. Well, I ended up gaining 30 pounds and feel miserable.…

I weigh myself as soon as I get up on Tuesday mornings. I found if I do daily, I absolutely drive myself crazy with the fluctuations.

I am definitely interested in seeing how this works for you. I have noticed I definitely have more energy on the days I eat all of my calories, but am always wary of eating my exercise calories as well.

I just get back on track the next day. In fact, I find that hiking my calories up quite a bit one day a week actually seems to boost my metabolism a bit.

I really, really love weight watchers and believe they have a fabulous program. Unfortunately, they are just too expensive, especially when there are sites like this wonderful one that are free and have mobile apps as well. As much as I love weight watchers, I just can't see paying their fees.

I have lots of MFP and fitbit friends on facebook. Then again, I am an addict, lol.

I am not sure how long was the longest I went without. The only thing I am sure of is I am wildly attracted to my man and if we go two days without, that is two days too much!

I guess I am in the minority here, but I love White Russians, and if I have the calories, I will indulge in one.

Bill is a martial artist, personal trainer and nutritionist (I know, how on earth did I end up with him, lol). He also loves to cook, so he does all of our cooking, and yes, he makes everything as healthy as possible. And, despite my doubts, I always like everything he cooks and don't really notice the difference.
