Hello All 
So I'm back on MFP. I was dedicated to this when I was still in college this past winter and I stopped when I went on vacation for 2 months. I had lost ALMOST 10 lbs just by counting calories and going to the gym. Plus I walked all over campus!
Now I'm at home so it's a bit difficult but 'm trying to get back on my grind. I gained all the weight I had lost back
So I'm back to being 157-159 lbs, I'm 5'5 and I'm 21 years old. I really want to reach my goal of 125 or 120. I was losing 1.5-2lbs each week so I want to go back to doing that I just need some motivation.
So please feel free to add me especially if were the same age/weight or close to it
Any tips to get me back on my healthy road is welcomed!

Welcome back! For me, when I get off track and need to refocus again, I have to concentrate on one goal at a time, usually one per week. That way I don't feel overwhelmed, it always works for me.
