I want to loose 23lb by christmas as added motivation i am going to put back a set amount per lb lost towards a makeover (hair, nails and eyebrow wax) so that I hope will be my xmas present to myself so count me in 1mm 155 lb now aiming for 132lb and im 5ft 4

thank you for all the reaaly great advice Ithink i will stick with mp for now as someone mentioned i'm not logging which has been due to timebut Ihave stuck to caloriesallowed weighed this morning and have lost 4lb this week so perhaps I'm just being to competitive.

dont know how it happene scale has a gain of 1.6 lb oh well will try and lose two this week instead of 1 bit gutted but not going to let it stop me in the lolng run hope you all had a better week than me :)

thank you will either go for chicken tikka no sauce chicken chow mein or chicken shish with salad will be able to enjoy it then with out the guilt thank you for helping as would of felt so guity if ruined my diet but want to enjoy a treat now can do both

go to goals and reset using guided entering current weight should do this aprox ever 10 lb should adjust calories then hope that helps

where to start 1 emotional eater 2 huge portions 3 boredom eater 4 snacking 5 bad choices e.g biscuits for breakfast 6 eating late at night 7 eating childrens leftovers 8 eating husbands leftovers 9 full fat milk 10 not beleiving in myself and hiding behind the fat still binge eat occasionally for extended periods but…

im the same but lost 33lb now im really good for 3-4 days then go on a food binge bender and wreck it all ive gained 5lb and feel a complete failure. I know im going to regret eating all the bad stuff but dont seem to have any willpower or self control i dont even enjoy it at the time why do we sabatage ourselves like this…

ok i weighed in at 173.2lb my aim for the week is to loose 2lb. Hope the exercise challenge helps. Good luck this week !!!! and if anyone else would like to join you are very welcome .

i use champix from the doctor cravings very mild, i just go oh yeah i would of had a *kitten* now and then get on with my day, as cravings are so mild not having to substitute anything for them. I used to smoke 20-30 a day stopped in feb and weightloss has continued undisrupted. Might be worth a try

stick woth it your body will ahng on to the wight to start with its in shock. Also stick to foods with 5% or less fat per 100gram this has made a hufe differencw to my weightloss as not all calories are equal. Chin up you can do this
