I have a back injury which prevents me doing high impact aerobic exercise, I do walk a lot and swim but was thinking of using these. I know the have no cardio benefit but do they really help with inch loss toning and cellulite has any one used these and had a good result

is weight watchers better
my mum and sister are doing weightwatcher they have 29 points and 49 extra a week they seem to be able to eat weigh more than me (including wine by the bottle at weekends) and are losing more weight than me. So my question is how do the points equate to calories as thinking of switching?

jog speed
hi new to the gym if i brisk walk at 5km/ph and jog at 5.5 kmph is that decent speeds and should I aim to increase speed incline or both . I currently walk for 5 jog for 15-20 walk for 5 (minutes that is) all on the flat hate jogging if I walk at 5.5 will I burn the same calories expect a no to that but live in hope lol

Just finished couch 2 5k week 2. It kills but I love it being outside listening to the birds a bit of well needed mr time to destress. ( just wish i could run for longer than 2 mins but i will get there) Yet i have always said I cant run Im not built for it now i get excited on run day :)
