I would like to suggest a group for people who have about 30lb to lose as I have lost 30lb and need to lose 30 more but feel a bit stuck in a rut. We could weigh in here weekly on a saturday with the biggest loser suggesting a fitness challenge for the next week. To start us of how about exercise for 2 extra sessions this week compared to your norma exercise routine for me this means 2 extra salascise dvd workouts. who wants to join me? I will post first weight tomorrow and add my loss goal for the week

hi i did an extra 2 sala dvds last week but did not manage a 2lb loss. my loss this week is 1.2lb my aim next week is to be 169.? just want to get out of the 170's seem to have bee here forever. Hope you have lost this week will check in later to see who has lost the most and what fitness challenge they have picked also if anyone else wants to join just post your starting weight0
