    Hi
I will be doing this in Somerset too!! Or maybe Dorset or Wiltshire - not sure yet. I must get on and sign up tho. Add me as a friend if you want some motivation. I am not exactly a newby at running but I still wouldn't say no to some support and motivation.

    Best of luck.

I've been doing RFL (slowly!) every year for about 10 years now. I love it. I'm aiming to try one of the 10Ks this year :)

I;m hoping to do Glasgow RFL 5K.

I should finish up with the C25K at the end of april and then the race for life is the start of June so thinking about doing another 5k at the start of May to get me going!

I'm a beginner runner too but absolutely loving going C25k!

    Good luck!

I'm doing one in Blackpool. I started training with the Couch to 5K, using podcasts by Robert Ullrey (the music isn't much cop but he tells me when to run and when to walk!).

I'll be doing Week 3, Day 2, tomorrow and, for someone who hates running, I'm enjoying it!

I tried to train 2 years ago but ended up doing week 1 four weeks in a row before giving up! This time, I've lost over 2 stone, built up some cardio and I think I might make it!

My 'running' is pretty poor, but I'll work on my pace once I've 'graduated'.

I am on week 2 Day 2 of C25K. Dreading going to Week 3, running for 3 minutes seems a little daunting at the moment....!!
