  • Hi!

If I had an RC class near me I would go in a heartbeat! I don't though but I am buying the magazines and I have her DVD so I figure I will just roughly follow the plan at home - its simple enough. less than 5% fat and watch your cals.

The exercise is aerobics from what I know and my friend who does attend it says its great when you first start but gets easy very quickly.

hope this helps, add me if you would like :)

    Rosemary Conley classes are fantastic!

I attended for a year before my instructor had to give it up.

I didn't attend a class for a year but then started anew class on Thursday and it too was brilliant.

The support is fantastic and the diet is based on sound principles (mainly use more than you eat!!) The first couple of weeks are tough but you can see quick results. Some people lose 7lb in a week in the first week. After the first 2/3 weeks you get given a personal calorie allowance based on age/height and current weight. Mine is 1600 - (I weigh 16st 11lb am 5ft 2 inch age 32)

I love the fact that the class includes exercise and that is great fun. My new class does Zumba. I felt a bit unco-ordinated at first but it doesn't take long to learn the steps.

    Good luck and enjoy it!!

    Luv Kat

Even if the exercise class is only aerobics, at least it will get you moving - and that first step to fitness is the hardest, so have fun!

If you're just starting out on trying to lose weight, the classes are a great way to get motivated, get control of your eating and start exercising. I had other commitments which forced me to leave the classes, but I still follow the same principles with the food side of things and with the exercise, well, Aerobics was never my thing, but I now do Tae Kwon Do 3 times a week.

    Good luck and enjoy!
