  • Not sure what sort of calorie/fat content you're looking for but I enjoy chicken satays (eating some now haha) I'm UK based so you might not have something similar but I get Sainsburys mini chicken satays, 12 in a pack, pack has 204cals, 8fat, 29protein, 1sodium and 2sugars. Other then that I'm not sure what you could buy, but you could make stuff, like core out and apple, cut it into slices (so you have a doughnut shape) and stuff the insides with raisins/peanut butter etc. You could make mini pizzas? Frizza base is reasonably low cal (and frizza base is suitable for vegans if anyone is a vegan), use a pasata instead tomato puree to top the "bite-sized" pizza, then you can put low cal/fat cheese on it, ignore cheese and top with sliced tomatos, onions and peppers etc. And not sure how "low fat" this is is, but if you want a big bowl of something people can help themselves to what about egg fried rice? Use one of those 1 cal oil spray things, then pre-cooked rice and eggs, would be reasonable cals/fat etc for one serving :)

Sorry that's all the help I can be >_<
  • Spread some smoked salmon slices with cream cheese and chives - roll up and chop into bite sized pieces. Yum.
Celery - chop into small chunks and spread cream cheese in the groove.
Low fat cheese chunks and pineapple pieces on cocktail sticks - nobody will know it's low fat cheese!
Mini fruit kebabs - mix small bits of fruit (strawbs, grapes, pear, melon, etc) onto cocktail sticks in a kebab style

Hope that helps. Have a lovely time!
