mini stepper calorie burn advice please

Im 147lb 5ft 4 I have just got a v-fit mini stepper and hoped someone maybe able to advise on how many calories it will burn and am i better off going slow and steady 30 30 mins or 15 mins alternating high and low intensity.
Thanks for any tips on how to get the best work out I will be adding arms with small weights when get used to using it.

I'm sorry this is so late, I'm just searching for info on mini steppers on here. Best thing you could do for any exercise is get a heart rate monitor, because it will give you a more accurate calorie burn result. However, there is an exercise in the database called something like 'stairs treadmill' or something - search stepper or stairs, and it'll come up. I don't think the stepper is as challenging as an actual stairmaster which is what I think the result is based on, but it might be a good place to start!0
