These look like fun! Too bad I can't get Lucky Charms in Germany. :(

I've been on maintenance since December 2011. Lost about 5 kilos the first year of maintenance and I think I have the right balance now. I count calories, exercise, eat healthy, etc., etc.

I get weird looks all the time. I am happy to let my freak flag fly, let them stare. ;)

Feel free to add me - I live in Greece, am moving to Germany in July. I've been an active member for 2 years now! I am especially looking for friends who are trying to survive maintenance, but I'm open to anyone!

I had the same problem. I've been on maintenance since December 2011 and lost 5 kg since then (a very slow loss, but still). It has taken a lot of adjusting but I still haven't found the magic number yet. It takes time, just experiment like the above poster said - 100 cals a day for a month, see how it goes.

Nom nom nom!

5'3", 119lbs. Been on maintenance at around 1750 calories a day since December 2011. Actually lost about 6lbs since then while on maintenance.

Glad y'all posted this, I had forgotten to check back to look for beta signups!

Yes, if you bought the game, it is FTP.

I had my diary open for quite awhile, and then I got extremely tired of the people who were constantly trying to tell me what I should eat, how much protein, how many carbs, etc. What I am doing has worked for me (lost 130lbs and been on maintenance a year) and I don't need or want people constantly remarking on my food…

I am! I love it - quite a unique and interesting gaming concept. Wasn't sure it would play out in an MMO but it works quite nicely. Wish more people would check it out.

I've lost the majority of my weight (99 of 139 lbs) following MFP. I would have started with MFP if I had discovered it sooner! I mostly pay attention to calories and sodium, but I use it to keep an eye on fat and carbs as well.

Still here! Finished Day 28 today. Leaving for a big trip on Sunday so had to squeeze it all in without many breaks!

SW: 122 GW: 119 10/10: 122 10/17: 121 Finished Day 11, first day of level 2. Phew! That's a tough workout!

Today was day 9 for me - I won't be taking a break through level 1, because I know I'll need one during level 2 and I'll run out of time to complete it before we go on vacation. I have stomach flu today so working out was a challenge, to say the least. But I did it! Push ups are getting easier, but they still suck. The…

Yea she can definitely get annoying! If it is still tough at Day 6 at least you know it is doing something for you! It will get better. Keep in mind, also, that some days we feel more energetic than others. I am on Day 9 and I could barely flail about today, but yesterday I was strong.

I am 5'3" and have been maintaining my weight (since December) at about 1800-1900 calories a day (with a minimal loss of about 7 pounds over the course of this year).

Anyone who wants, feel free to add me. I am 5'3", had a bit of a struggle to get to 121. I am currently working on toning and maintaining my weight.

That is awesome. =) Happy Saturday!!

Yay! You can do it! We've got your back here. =) Also, remember most of us experience that frustration of the last 10-20 pounds to our goal - it is hard, it is exasperating. I have no words of wisdom to make it easier, but whatever support you need to help you push through, I'm here!!!

It gets better and it is worth it! It is a hard workout - but each day it gets easier if you stick with it. Honestly, I think it is better to go every day without a break instead of taking a day off here and there, because your body adapts better if you do it every day. Plus, what I say to myself whenever it gets hard (or…

Day 4 for me too. I've done it before, although haven't followed the 30 days because I didn't have that much time between traveling, and I've only gone up to level 2. I have just enough time before I travel again to get the 30 days in IF I don't take any breaks, so hopefully I can make it. =)

TavistockToad is right - mind over matter! Which isn't easy, I know - sometimes I think controlling the mind is harder than watching what you eat. You have to commit to the changes - mind and body, and accept that as part of your daily life. It will not start out easily, but if you persist, you *can* break through.
